What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags attached.
As our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 15 minutes of purchase. After this time, orders are processed automatically in our system, and requests made after this period will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after we receive it.
How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at
info@meritandjane.com to obtain a return authorization number and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or there has been an error on our part.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver to the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also use our Track your order page.
