Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, simply contact our customer service at info@meritandjane.com to start your return process. You must provide your order number, which you received in an email or on a paper invoice directly from us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you our return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returned items must be sent to our warehouse (312 W 2nd St, Casper, Wyoming 82601, USA).

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refund
Once we receive your return package, we will process the inspection within 7 business days and issue a full refund within that timeframe. After the refund is processed, you should receive the money back in your account and on your statement within 3 to 5 business days (depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor).

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@meritandjane.com.

Since our items ship from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If your items are already in transit, refunds are not possible. Please wait until you have received your items and then return them to us.
